Chemistry was invited to work closely with the Dell Experience Design Team to deliver ground breaking concepts around a 22" LCD display. In an intensive effort, the designers worked together to realise the CRYSTAL monitor, winner of Red Dot, Best of CES and IDEA awards.
A unique identity was developed for the Crystal wordmark which was subsequently used across a variety of media.
A beautifully polished cast zinc alloy stand lifts the monitor to a comfortable height, and allows for forward and backward tilt.
A complete communication pack is delivered together with the monitor inside the box.
This includes a high-quality emotive brochure, quick start manuals and installation CDs.
All the communication material built on the original guidelines developed by the team.
The Crystal Monitor was launched to great acclaim at CES Las Vegas 2008. Crystal is an outstanding product that boldly repositions Dell as a serious player in the consumer IT segment.
