For the 2017 SMRT Service Excellence Roadshow Event, Chemistry developed a popup event to bring across SMRT's Service Excellence Values to over 2000 SMRT ground staff.

Through a series of information 'stations', the staff could explore different themes and apply them in action by playing a set of customised, interactive games.

Chemistry developed the full underlying experience linked with service excellence, delivered through customised games, environmental design, communication design and overall branding of the event.
