Complete end to end design of Singapore' s National Diabetes Reference Materials (NDRM) for the Ministry of Health.
How might we create a comprehensive set of patient facing information and education material for pre- and diabetes patients in Singapore?
Solution
Chemistry researched, designed and tested both a printed and ultimately digital content piece that will help to move the needle in terms of motivating patients to change their lifestyle habits to manage or reverse the onset of diabetes.

Background

Chemistry is currently engaged by the Ministry of Health to deliver a printed and digital content piece as part of the multi-faceted ‘War on Diabetes’. The reference and educational material is part of a strategic plan to tackle the dramatic rise in the incidence of diabetes in Singapore.

What we did

When it comes to communicating critical information about health, it's less about being flashy and more about clarity.

Chemistry has been working to research, design and test impactful content, integrating deep clinical knowledge with on the ground insights.

Our role was to transform all this knowledge into an easy to understand yet powerful format that speaks to the relevant audience.

The result

The reference material is already proving its value as a critical guide for both clinical care workers as well as patients to help deliver and act on this chronic health condition.

Chemistry's ability to synthesise complex information and present it in a sensitive and meaningful way has even attracted attention from other international bodies struggling to solve similar challenges.
