Planet Disruptors is a unique gamified experience that challenges players to think critically about climate action while fostering teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills. As part of Singapore Design Week 2024, Chemistry developed a thought-provoking, immersive sustainability escape room experience where players solve real-world sustainability challenges through teamwork.
This interactive journey, designed for individuals from all levels and roles in an organisation, blends dynamic futures thinking with edutainment and user research to promote reflection on taking collective climate action.
As players work together to solve puzzles, they develop key soft leadership skills like problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and influencing. These skills are put to the test as participants collaborate, exchange ideas, and influence group decisions to find sustainable solutions. By the end, players leave empowered with new knowledge to make actionable change.
