As a design consultancy working closely with stakeholders from all walks of life, we have become increasingly aware that our design strategies have an impact on the people, organisations, communities, and planet that we design for.

That's why we decided to embark on a journey to become a B Lab.

The B Corp Impact Assessment has allowed us to be mindful of how we structure our organisation towards being more transparent, inclusive, and diverse, as well as made us conscious of how we treat our people, stakeholders, and environment.

This journey to certification required us to inspect our organisation under a microscope, in order to identify where we were falling short and how we could improve. While it has certainly brought unique challenges, it has also allowed us to hold up a mirror to reflect upon what we really believed in.
