Chemistry Team’s very own Fariz Junaidi moderated a panel session entitled “Career Fast-Track: Opportunities in UX Design“. The event was a part of General Assembly’s Digital Career Fest. The panel included designers from Redmart, GovTech, Standard Chartered and HP, attracting many mid-career switchers and budding design students.

The discussion brought up interesting questions such as: “Can you be a UX Designer without any formal training” and “What are the necessary skills set to be a UX designer”. This addressed the many challenges faced by designers seeking opportunities in user experience design in Singapore.
