Public sector agencies play an important role in providing critical services to citizens in Singapore. Design thinking can have an impact on designing services that better meet the needs of citizens.

As part of the 5th Singapore-Thailand Leadership Development Programme (LDP), Chemistry Team shared our expertise in innovative design for the public sector. Based on our extensive portfolio working with public service agencies, attendees also learnt about how design thinking can catalyse innovation..

The LDP is organised by Civil Service College and the Thailand Office of Civil Service Commission. It is a biennial exchange programme for civil servants between Assistant Director and Deputy Director levels, in Singapore and Thailand.
